The Alaska Deaf Council (ADC) is Alaska's premier civil rights organization of, by and for Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Hard of Hearing, and Late-Deafened individuals in the state of Alaska. Established in 1959 (serving Alaskans since 1958), ADC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 91-1823221).

The ADC is governed by a Board of Directors elected at the annual statewide meeting. Individual members have voting privileges at this meeting. The organization is open to all groups within the Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Hard of Hearing, and Late-Deafened communities without discrimination.
